The form is filled in on paper and sent by email — there is no need to travel to the school.

    Download & print

    Download the official form below and print both A4 pages.

  2. Step 2

    Fill it in

    Use the same names as on your O-level and A-level certificates. Mark your 1st and 2nd programme choice.

  3. Step 3

    Pay the application fee

    Request a control number from the IAA accountant's office, then pay at any CRDB, NBC or NMB branch.

  4. Step 4

    Email your application

    Scan the completed form with your letter, certificates and transcripts and email them to the admissions office.
